C-3 Contract with Synovia Solutions for GPS Software (Item pulled by Mrs. Studdard)
Issue/Rationale
The Transportation Department is requesting approval to purchase GPS driven Fleet Management and Time and Attendance services from Synovia Solutions LLC (Synovia).
Recommended Action
Approve a 60 month lease agreement with $1.00 purchase option in accordance with terms and conditions of IFB/RFP No. 13-94-C17 and authorize the Director of Purchasing to sign final lease agreement contract and amendments with approval of the School Board Attorney.
Financial Impact
The financial impact for this lease is $31.55 per bus per month x 240 buses = $7,572.00 X 60 months for a total of $454,320 over sixty months.
